Essential Add-On Components

Our filter housing accessories enhance performance, ease of maintenance, and filtration efficiency. Options include restrainer baskets, magnetic strainers, bag positioners, adjustable leg assemblies, displacement balloons, manifold modules, and various gasket materials. Additional add-ons such as mesh strainers, bag hold-down rings, gauges, vents, clamps, bolts, and valves ensure reliable operation and compatibility with different filtration setups.

Accessories List

1. Restrainer Baskets

Heavy-duty 304/316 stainless steel perforated baskets.
Support filter bags up to 30 psi differential pressure.
Available for all standard Tirupati housings.
Can be retrofitted using adaptor rings.

2. Magnetic Assemblies

Magnetic bars installed inside filter bags to trap metal particles.
Extend filter bag life and improve filtration efficiency.
Available in size 01 & 02, plus stainless steel cover options.

3. Bag Positioner

Prevents filter bag movement and ensures perfect seating.
Mandatory for many installations.
Available in size 01 & 02.

4. Leg Assembly

Height-adjustable legs (standard for TOPLINE, FLOWLINE, SIDELINE housings).
Optional for ECOLINE housings.
Wall-mount brackets available.

5. Displacement Balloons

Balloon inside the housing reduces product loss.
Assists quick bag changing and avoids expensive draining systems.
316 stainless steel, max 230 psi.

6. Manifold Modules

316 stainless steel pipe modules: elbows, reducers, tees.
Assemble multi-bag systems like DUOLINE or MODULINE.

7. Gaskets & O-Rings

Buna-N, Viton, EPDM, PTFE, Silicone.
Suitable for various chemicals & temperature ranges.

8. Mesh Strainers

Replace baskets with 316 SS mesh strainers.
Sizes: 01, 02, 03, 04 | Microns: 25–800.

9. Bag Hold-Down Rings

Secure the filter bag in place inside the restrainer basket.
Included with housing purchase.
